Cancellation and Returns

At Atlas Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality services to support your well-being. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure a positive experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please review our policy below to understand your rights and options regarding refunds or returns.

1. LSV Sessions (In-Person or Online)

  • Cancellation by the Client:

    • If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies). Please contact us at info@atlaslsv.com to discuss your situation.

  • Cancellation by Atlas Wellness:

    • In the unlikely event that we must cancel your session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

2. Memberships and Subscriptions

​

  • Membership fees and subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be charged.

3. Workshops and Retreats

​

  • Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 14 days before the event date.

  • For cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, a partial refund of 50% may be provided.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

4. Gift Cards and Vouchers

​

  • Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before the expiration date.

5. Refund Process

​

  • To request a refund, please contact us at info@atlaslsv.com with your proof of purchase and details of your booking.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval and issued to the original payment method.

Changes to this Policy

Atlas Wellness reserves the right to update or modify this Returns and Refunds Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
